George Pittman is the President and CEO of Pittman & Associates, Realtors and the President of Wake HOA. In 1976, George co-founded the residential division, known then as Ammons Pittman Real Estate, along with Jud Ammons (Builder-Developer). In 1987, he acquired a local company and began a property management division, known as Ammons Pittman Property Management. In the mid 90's they began managing homeowners associations in a division now known as Wake HOA Management, LLC. Today the company services approximately 600 plus rental properties and 35 home owner associations.
He has served as President of the Raleigh Board of Realtors as well as NCAR RPAC Chairman, NCAR Legislative Vice Chairman and is a Life Member of RPAC. He has been Realtor of the Year and in 2007, was named to the Raleigh Regional Association’s Hall of Fame. George serves on the Advisory Board of North State Bank. He and his wife , Lou Ann, work together in their Real Estate business and Lou Ann is the vice president of Wake HOA to make it a family business.
Keith Heiner is a community manager, has over 10 years experience managing homeowner associations. He previously served 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Tracey Hendershott Moving to Wake Forest in 2015 with her husband and three Schnauzers, Tracey has immersed herself in the community and made it her mission to know everything possible about this beautiful area. With an extensive background in the HVAC, appliance and home warranty fields, and over 25 years specializing as a Customer Service trainer and problem solver, she knows how to put your needs first and handle any unexpected issues that may arise. Before coming to North Carolina Tracey also served as a volunteer and President of the largest no-kill animal shelter in SW Florida. She hopes to continue supporting animal shelters in Wake County.
Valerie Blalock joined Wake HOA in July 2020. She assists Keith Heiner with administrative and office support of the homeowner associations. Previously, Valerie worked as a software engineer but was promoted to a stay-at-home Mom. She was 'fired' from this role when her children headed to college. Go Pirates!
Kris Pruitt is the bookkeeper and handles statements for owners and deposits and tracks all expenditures for Wake HOA. She has degrees in Mathematics and Economics. In past years has worked with Westinghouse, and Square D Company in Raleigh, NC as well as Electric Corporation in Pittsburg, PA.
Courtney Depo has been with Ammons Pittman since July 2018. She has 20 plus years experience in bookkeeping. She is in charge of all of the accounting needs for Property Management. As the mother of 3 children, she is skilled in multitasking. In her spare time she enjoys time with family and spends a lot of time on Kerr Lake in the summer.

Michelle Macon is the Corporate Administrative Assistant for both Wake HOA and also the realty division, Pittman & Associates. Michelle graduated from East Carolina University in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. She handles IT issues in the office and maintains the company websites as well.
